As a survivor of a high-demand group, Jennifer also has an MSc in the Psychology of Coercive Control and is trained in a specialized approach for cult and religious recovery education. This approach is rooted in decades of survivor research in the cultic studies field. It encapsulates multiple areas of education that help survivors understand what happened to them, unravel the impact, and be provided with information that holds the potential to protect them from future harm. It also empowers survivors with tools they can return to and utilize at any time moving forward.
